Canadian Tire wanted to showcase how AI is revolutionizing their operations, including the development of ChatCTC, a tool designed to improve troubleshooting and efficiency. The goal was to create a video that highlighted the practical benefits of AI while maintaining the brand’s trusted, customer-focused identity.

I wrote a script that demonstrated how ChatCTC streamlines processes and enhances customer service, using real-world examples to make the technology relatable. Collaborating with the creative team, I ensured the video balanced technical details with a friendly, approachable tone.

The video was used in internal training and external campaigns, driving awareness of Canadian Tire’s innovative use of AI and reinforcing their reputation as a forward-thinking retailer.
